Having received an application for residence in an apartment through our website, you will receive a discount on your entire stay of 3%. Booking Form at the bottom of each page with a detailed description of the apartment.


* Discounts do not apply on 30, December 31, 1,7 January, March 8, 1,2, 9, 29 May, 24 August.
* Discounts are not summarized


Warning

On New Year's holidays booking made at least 4 days.


SAVE UP TO 10%

When booking an apartment for 14 - 29 days before the date of arrival, you get 5% discount on your entire stay.
When booking an apartment for 30 days before the date of arrival, you get 10% discount on your entire stay.
   
The discount is given if:
- Prepay one night stay
- Stay at least 7 days


15% discount

Discount for stays of 7-19 days - 10%
Discount for stays of 20 days - 15%


Cooperation with our company

Step 1: You find clients who are in need of hotel services.
Step 2: The client uses our services in excess of 5000 UAH. within a month.
Step 3: You get 5% of the amount spent on accommodation in our apartments.
